Returning Swimmer Information
Welcome to our new Winskill Dolphins Swim Club website powered by Pool Queue. To complete the registration process for the 2023/24 season, you will need to confirm your account on the new website. To activate your account, please follow the steps below:
Step 1
Click on the "Sign-in" button in the right top corner of the home page. Once on the sign in page, click on the "Forgot Password" button.

Step 2
Once on the "Forgot Password" page, please input the email that was used to create your TEAM UNIFY account (old website). You will then receive an email to set your password up for the Pool Queue website.
*Please note, if you do not receive an email to reset your password, please check your spam email, or reach out to us at join@winskilldolphins.ca.
Step 3
Once your password has been set, please return here, and click on the sign-in button in the top right hand corner. Once you are signed in, click on your email in the top menu and click on “My Account” in the drop down menu and update the “My Profile” and “Payment Methods” sections. You will need to also scroll to the bottom and check to see that all your swimmers are listed in the members section at the bottom of the page. Please note that with this new system we can send emails to more than one parent/gaurdian, so please feel free to add a secondary contact in your account information.
Step 4
At this point you are ready to complete the registration process. To complete registration, please head to the link below, and complete REGISTRATION INFORMATION - PART 2.
