Age Group Gold
Building advanced skills, endurance, and confidence to compete at the next level.

Program Overview
Age Group Gold builds and expands on the skills established in AG Blue. These swimmers are medley focused and LMR qualified with advanced skills in all four strokes, though they might need extra work on one or two strokes. There is higher exposure to longer events such as 200m free/back/breast/fly and 400Free/IM. This group works to qualify for Swim BC Divisional and Provincial Championships and are learning how to train hard and use their technical skills to swim fast. Swimmers begin to cross train once a week with the Provincial/National group.

Meet the Coach

Devon Dupuis
Assistant Coach & AGG, AGB and JDB Coach
Devon Dupuis swam competitively with the Winskill Dolphins for 8 years before continuing his swimming career in Germany for another 3 years. He began coaching in 2022 with the Port Moody Aquarians, working with both younger and senior groups.
As a coach, Devon focuses on consistent technique, mental strength, and enjoyment of the sport. He believes strong fundamentals and confidence help athletes reach their full potential and enjoys supporting swimmers as they grow, achieve their goals, and build confidence.
“Our son has been part of the Winskill Dolphins Swim Club for many years, and the growth we have seen has been remarkable. The coaching staff create a supportive environment that challenges swimmers to reach their potential while building confidence, discipline, and resilience. We have watched Aiden develop not only as a swimmer but also as a young man, and we are grateful to be part of such a positive and welcoming community.”
